How can I calculate how much flooring I need to order?
Measure the length and width of your room to find the total square footage, then add a 10% waste factor for cuts and errors. For herringbone or diagonal patterns, we recommend adding 15%.
Do you offer samples before I make a full purchase?
Yes, we offer sample swatches for all our laminate, hardwood, and luxury vinyl products. This allows you to see the texture and color in your home's unique lighting before committing.
What is the typical shipping time for large flooring orders?
Large orders are shipped via freight and typically arrive within 7-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window.
Can I install your flooring over an existing floor?
Most of our luxury vinyl and laminate products feature a click-lock system that can be installed over existing hard surfaces, provided they are level, dry, and structurally sound.
What is your return policy for unused boxes?
We accept returns on unopened, resalable boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Are your products moisture-resistant or waterproof?
We carry a wide range of 100% waterproof luxury vinyl planks (LVP) and water-resistant laminates. Please check the specific product specifications for the 'Waterproof' badge.
