At Flooring Revolution, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unopened and undamaged flooring materials within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all flooring planks or tiles are in their original, unopened packaging and securely palletized or boxed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided RMA label to your shipment and send it back to our central distribution center using your preferred insured freight carrier.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
